Q. I am worried about confidentiality, will you be able to ensure that my business is marketed discreetly?
A. Yes, most sellers want confidentiality so we will not mention any details of your business which may give information to your customers, staff, competitors etc. Even if we show a picture of your premises we can edit out the business name, phone number etc. Please let us know exactly how much (or how little) information you want revealed.
Q. Will you charge a commission on sale?
A. No. However if you want us to provide a full Business Broker (or Business Transfer) service we can do and will agree all fees before you are committed.
Q. My business is already on the market, can I also advertise with The Business Bureau?
A. Yes, you can. Our service is mainly concerned with giving your business sale the maximum exposure. Even if you find a buyer through our service you can ask any existing agent or intermediary to handle your sale from there on.
Q. What happens when you receive an enquiry for my business?
A. We will provide the enquirer with brief details about your business and then pass their details to you for follow up. However, if we are providing a full Business Broker service we will manage ALL enquiries from beginning to end.
